These are provided at a nominal cost. Individuals and staff are actively engaged in a wide range of activities from singular to small and large groups.

On the first day of the survey the team was treated to a musical concert presented by the individuals. This concert was filled with high-energy singing and instruments and had the whole room rocking. Staff displayed a high degree of energy and engagement with the individuals and, quite simply, it was a great experience to be part of and to observe.

Dinghy Classes Adult evening classes run two nights a week for a month, from May to September. Stepping Out. This class is designed specifically for those with no previous sailing experience. This course covers all the basics of boat handling. Organized by volunteers of Young Adult Cancer Canada and sometimes offered in cooperation with Wellspring Calgary, these offerings provide a great opportunity for young adults to connect.
