Finally I tried a Magic Gel cushion and customized it and then it took a few months but the pain went away. If you start getting pain like this don't fool around and try to tough it out. Figure out a solution quickly. Even after getting the Magic Gel cushion I still had to figure out a better sitting position.
Now I have the seat low and tilted forward for maximum circulation in my legs and have the back upright with maximum lumbar support in the air on my seat.
