There is a connectivity error with Paypal and the site Thank you from the management. I haven't used it. It is not new. I'm sure it works fine. I've used miltec since when i was in iraq.

A guy gave it to me to try. Thoroughly cleaned and lubed the m4. It was about a week till i ran the rifle. Ran like a top through multiple 30 round mags on burst. My rifle before we left would hang up on burst using clp. I don't know. I could of had some bad mags. Anyways i was sold on it.

A few years later i found myself in Afghanistan. Different rifle. Zero malfunctions. Made the soldiers in my squad use it. One weapon being a saw. Everything always ran.

I know my story isn't scientific but I've trusted my life with it. It gets put on everything in my safe. Remove Advertisements. Originally Posted by surplusshooter. Although I'm just a casual shooter, I've never had any issues with it. I bought a 32oz bottle of oil, and a caulk tube of the grease over 10 years ago and have hardly put a dent in it.

I'm sure I've got a lifetime supply of lube. Originally Posted by dustinoif3. They'll stop when they're dead! Not a Glock armorer! I have a bunch of it, bought years ago in some volume. Militec is a good lube, no question, but Probably not. Much good, but much less good than ill, And while the sun and moon endure, Luck's a chance, but trouble's sure, I'd face it as a wise man would, And train for ill and not for good. Jim Watson. That was the last "Gun Lube" advertised for the purpose that I bought, some time ago. I have used it on a couple of guns regularly with the heat ritual. I can't see that made a lot of difference.

Considered as a regular "wet" lube, it is a very light oil. When I found out it was originally made as a lube additive, I added most of it to my big can of surplus Oil, Lubricating and Preservative, Light.

It is still oily. I use miltec 1 and it works well for me. I have also used many other oils with success including motor oil. Random fact Mobil 1 can differ and the stuff that is sold at the big box retailers is not the same grade as the stuff OE's and sponsored race teams use. Although, all types should be fine for use in a firearm. Originally Posted by 2lflat4. The War Wagon. I have a bottle right inside my gun cabinet.

I generally KEEP my firearms in storage lubed with it. Dusted off an AR the other night, in anticipation of Off. Darren Wilson's verdict - just in the case any local wilders began feeling overconfident. Lubed it up pretty well, and set it by my bed for the night. Didn't need it, of course, but we were both ready. Before I take a firearm to the range, I hit it with the MilTEC - been using it in this capacity for about a year now - no complaints. So true I had to edit my post, since their website now categorically denies the use of chlorinated paraffins.

So who knows, it may be the "in" lube again Posting Rules You may not post new threads. All times are GMT The time now is AM. Copyright Forum. All Rights Reserved. Privacy Policy. User Name. Remember Me?

The people you trust rely on Mil-Comm products. Learn more about how Mil-Comm performs for various sectors and critical applications worldwide. We had a call from the U. Military in Kuwait, where the customer thought they needed to keep their weapons dry while they operated in the sand.

We e-mailed them photos of one of our weapons treated with TW25B. These photos were taken a day after 49, rounds were fired through our mini-gun in the filth of the desert. The gun looked like it was full of mud but the TW25B kept the dirt in suspension and the gun performed flawlessly. During the entire 49, rounds, all we did was add lube every 20, rounds.

TW25B is the only lubrication we use on the M mini- gun, which is a weapon that requires serious lubrication.

As a result of that demonstrated success in our harsh desert environment, we now use TW25B on all of our Ms, Ms, M16s, Ms and virtually every weapon.
